Privacy Policy for All Links Downloader

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application All Links Downloader ("the App"), published by OnlineGratis.net. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, account profile, or other personal information in order to use its link-scanning and file-download features.

The App does not intentionally collect or transmit to our servers the URLs you enter, the links found on webpages, imported URL lists, filenames, download queues, or files downloaded through the App.

2. Webpages, WebView, and Internet Access

Internet access is required so the App can open webpages selected by you, scan links contained in those webpages, and download files from the corresponding third-party servers.

The App uses Android WebView to display webpages. The default homepage may open DuckDuckGo search, and any webpage you choose to visit may receive technical information normally transmitted during web browsing, such as your IP address, browser/WebView information, cookies, and other data controlled by that website.

The privacy practices of DuckDuckGo and other third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies, not by this Policy.

3. Link Scanning

When you select Scan links, the App analyzes links available in the currently loaded webpage so it can display downloadable files and other links according to the filters you choose.

Link scanning and filtering are performed locally on your Android device. Scanned URLs are not intentionally sent to OnlineGratis.net or stored in an OnlineGratis.net user account.

4. Downloaded Files and Storage

Files selected for download are saved locally on your Android device, normally under Downloads/All Links Downloader or another location made available by Android and the device's download components.

The App does not automatically upload downloaded files to OnlineGratis.net or to a cloud storage service. If you later open, share, copy, upload, or process a downloaded file using another app or service, the privacy practices of that third party will apply.

5. Imported URL Lists

If you paste URLs or import a supported text-based URL list, the information is processed locally to populate the App's list of links and downloads.

Imported URL lists are not intentionally transmitted to our servers by the App.

6. Download Manager

The App maintains a local download queue in order to display queued, active, completed, failed, or stopped downloads and their progress. This information is used to provide the App's download-management functions.

Download status and filenames are not intentionally transmitted to OnlineGratis.net.

7. FREE and PRO Versions

The FREE version may limit the number of files that can be downloaded during a session. The PRO version removes this limitation.

If you enter an unlock code, the App verifies the code locally and may store the PRO activation status on your device so that you do not need to enter the code each time. The App does not contact a remote activation server to validate the unlock code.

8. Android File Access and Other Apps

Android may display system file-management interfaces when you open the download folder, import a URL list, or open a downloaded file. A downloaded file may also be opened by another compatible app installed on your device.

Android system components and third-party apps operate independently of All Links Downloader and may have their own privacy practices.

9. Permissions

The App may use Android capabilities necessary for its core functions, including:

• Internet access to open webpages and download files selected by you.
• Web rendering through Android WebView to display webpages and scan their links.
• File/document access to import URL lists, save downloaded files, and open the output folder through Android-compatible interfaces.
• Download services provided by Android to manage file transfers and download progress.

The App does not request unrelated personal information solely for advertising or profiling purposes.

10. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The App does not include advertising or analytics functionality intended to profile users for behavioral advertising, and it does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Third-party websites opened inside the App may contain their own analytics, advertising, cookies, or tracking technologies. The App does not control those technologies.

11. Data Sharing

We do not intentionally share the URLs you scan or import, your download queue, or the files downloaded through the App with third parties.

Data is nevertheless exchanged directly with websites that you intentionally open or download from, as required for normal web browsing and file transfer.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. Local app preferences, including PRO activation status, may remain in the App's local storage until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

Because the App does not maintain a user account or intentionally upload your scanned links and downloaded files to our servers, there is normally no corresponding server-side scan or download history for us to delete.

13. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly use the App to collect personal information from children.

14. Security

We design the App so that link scanning, filtering, download queue management, and PRO activation status are handled locally. However, no software, device, downloaded file, website, or internet connection can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should avoid downloading files from untrusted sources and should keep Android and Android System WebView up to date.

15. Third-Party Websites and Downloads

The App can open websites and download files selected by the user. We are not responsible for the content, availability, legality, security, cookies, data collection, malware, or privacy practices of third-party websites, files, or services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and download the files you select and for complying with applicable laws, website terms, and copyright restrictions.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable requirements, or our practices change. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
