Installation & Setup

- Open any magazine in the Readly web reader
- Click the extension icon → Start Scan
- When all pages are captured, click Create PDF to download

Log in to readly.com with your active subscription and open any magazine in the web reader. Wait for the first page to fully load before activating the extension. The tool works with all publications available on Readly — news magazines, lifestyle titles, tech journals, and more.
Start the Automatic Scan
Click the extension icon and press Start Scan. The extension will automatically flip through every page of the magazine, capturing each one using optimized JPEG compression. Watch the badge counter on the extension icon update in real time — it shows exactly how many pages have been captured so far. If the process is interrupted for any reason, the resume support feature lets you continue exactly where you left off without losing already-captured pages.
Stop the Scan & Create Your PDF
Once all the pages you need have been captured, click Stop to end the scan, then press Create PDF. The extension will compile all captured pages in the correct reading order into a single PDF file and trigger an immediate browser download.
